GDOS is currently marketing throughout China a series of projects offered by the U.S. Immigration Fund Regional Center. The President and CEO of the U.S. Immigration Fund Regional Center is Nicholas Mastroianni II.

As the attached documents from the U.S. federal government indicate, Mr. Mastroianni has a history of fraudulent actions. Mr. Mastroianni was sued by the United States federal government for fraud and stealing money from his employees. The fraud action against Mr. Mastroianni was filed against him by the United States Department of Labor.
